After having been purchased by Microsoft , Activision Blizzard assured that many of its existing franchises would continue to be launched for consoles PlayStation , although it is easy to assume that it will eventually be exclusive of Xbox . There is some concern about Call of Duty and War zone in particular, but it seems that this Battle Royale will not disappear from PlayStation . At least not for now.
Activision Blizzard Recently published an official FAQ, and on a question it is questioned how the agreement with Microsoft could affect existing partnership agreements, and the answer was as follows:
We will fulfill all existing commitments after closing. As with the Acquisition of Minecraft by Microsoft, we do not intend to withdraw any content from the platforms in which it currently exists.
So how can you see, War zone and the other games of Activision Blizzard that are already available at PlayStation will not disappear at all. We do not know what will happen in the future with these franchises, but because of the popular it is still War zone , it is always possible to exist in PlayStation, especially after the statements of Phil Spencer.
Editor’s note: I think the idea that Call of Duty becomes an exclusive Xbox franchise sounds like something very crazy. Of course, it can happen, but they would be isolating a lot of players, and many of them literally have a console only to play the titles of this saga.
