The new Breaking Bad creator series already has a platform

For a while now it had already been mentioned that Vince Gilligan , creator of Breaking Bad , was planning a next series for the final chapters of Better Call Saul. Although the streaming platform in which it would arrive was not confirmed at the time, and now, it is reported that the brand that was made with the exclusive was neither more nor less than Apple TV.

But those are not all the news, because the star of Better Call Saul, Rhea See Horn , has signed up to star in the chapters, but there has not been much talk about her role. They are making sure that everything is a secret until the trailer is launched, there is no talk of genders or anything similar, so users will have to wait.

Gilligan created the program and will work as executive producer and showrunner. Jeff Frost and Diane Mercer will also be producers. Jenn Carroll of Gilligan’s High Bridge Productions will produce. Sony Pictures Television , which also produced Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul, is the studio behind the series. Gilligan is currently under an agreement with Sony .

This is what he says Gilligan regarding this series:

After fifteen years, I thought it was time to take a break from writing antiheroes… and who is more heroic than the brilliant Rhea See horn? It was time for her own program to have her program, and I feel lucky to be able to work with her. And how nice symmetry meet with Zack van Hamburg, Jamie Erich and Chris Parnell! Jamie and Zack were the first two people to say yes to ‘Breaking Bad’ so many years ago. They have formed a great team in Apple, and my wonderful members of a long time at Sony Pictures Television and I are excited to be in business with them.

For now, there are no details of your release date.
